things i no longer believe in
You feel stuck because you’re living according to a set of rules that were never yours to begin with.
These beliefs feel safe because they’re familiar, but they often keep us trapped.
I used to believe a lot of things that, in hindsight, were holding me back.
Over time, experience forced me to change my mind.
The danger of clinging to false beliefs is that they shape your reality.
They dictate your choices, limit your ambition, and keep you playing small.
When I started questioning the things I once accepted as truth, my entire perspective—and my life—changed.
The hard part? Letting go of what you want to believe in favor of what’s actually true.
Today, I want to share 10 things I no longer believe in and what I’ve replaced them with.
If you’re willing to challenge your beliefs, you might just unlock a new level of clarity, confidence, and success.
1. There Is an End Destination to Success
I used to believe that one day, I’d finally "become successful."
But success isn’t a finish line—it’s a way of life.
Success is how you show up every single day.
It’s in your habits, your actions, and your mindset in the present moment.
The past doesn’t matter. The future isn’t promised. The only thing that determines your success is what you do today.
Fill the room you’re in until you’re too big for it. Then, move on to the next.
2. You Can Have Your Cake and Eat It Too
There are no easy paths in life—only trade-offs.
Every success comes with sacrifice.
You can’t have what nobody else has unless you do what nobody else is willing to do.
If you want to be in elite shape, you can’t eat like everyone else.
If you want financial freedom, you can’t distract yourself with entertainment like everyone else.
You don’t get to avoid suffering—you just get to choose the kind of suffering that’s worth it.
3. The World Wants to See You Win
People will support you—until you make them uncomfortable about their own situation.
Envy destroys most people.
Many resent success because they never achieved what they thought they would.
The truth is, most people don’t care whether you win or lose.
Some would even prefer you to fail, just to make themselves feel better.
But the Universe gives you what you wish upon others.
If you secretly hate the successful, success will elude you.
The world doesn’t owe you support—but it does mirror your mindset.
4. Everything Will Be Okay
The Second Law of Thermodynamics is basically about how energy moves and changes, and it tells us that things naturally tend to become more disorganized over time
This Law is intertwined in every aspect of the world.
Life doesn’t naturally improve.
It decays unless you actively manage it.
Your mind, body, finances, and relationships will deteriorate if you don’t nurture them.
The Universe rewards the diligent and punishes the distracted.
Problems don’t solve themselves—they compound.
Face your challenges head-on.
If you drift through life, you’ll wake up one day wondering how everything fell apart.
5. You Get Rich by Making Money
You don’t make money—the Federal Reserve does.
Wealth isn’t about earning; it’s about persuasion.
Rich people aren’t just workers; they are masters of influence.
They convince others to give them their money in exchange for value.
Every day, you’re selling—whether it’s your time, a product, or a vision.
If you want to be wealthy, you need to master sales, communication, and human psychology.
6. Nice Guys Finish Last
Nice guys don’t finish last—weak guys do.
Be kind, be generous, and have empathy.
But never be weak.
People—especially women—want two things: compassion and competence.
If you have all the compassion in the world but lack strength, you’ll struggle.
In business, relationships, and life, the world will walk all over you if you let it.
Have standards.
Fight when necessary. Stay strong in adversity.
7. Some People Have It, and Some People Don’t
Success isn’t about who you are—it’s about what you do.
Your habits dictate your destiny.
Your daily actions determine your future.
If you believe success is reserved for the lucky, you’ve already lost.
It’s easy to dismiss others as "naturally gifted"—but that’s an excuse.
Your potential is limitless if you’re willing to do the work.
8. Poor People Are Lazy and Don’t Work Hard
While some people are lazy, the main reason most stay poor is lack of financial education.
Many don’t understand money, business, or the skills required to create wealth.
Hard work alone isn’t enough—you must learn how to work smart.
Most people stop learning after school.
They consume entertainment instead of education.
Replace distractions with books, courses, and real-world experience, and you’ll change your financial future.
9. You Can Lie and Get Away With It
Every lie you tell weakens your confidence and integrity.
I used to think I could get away with lying as long as I didn’t get caught.
But you can’t lie to yourself. Every falsehood erodes your self-trust and clarity.
Lies create mental clutter.
Truth brings clarity, strength, and effectiveness.
Stop lying, and you’ll think more clearly, act with conviction, and earn genuine respect.
10. Sex Is Meaningless and Just for Fun
Sexual energy is the most powerful force you have.
Your charisma, drive, and presence are all tied to how you handle it.
Growing up, I believed that glorifying casual sex was "normal."
But history tells a different story.
Every declining civilization lost its sense of sacredness around sex.
For men, sexual discipline fuels success. It’s the difference between being magnetic and being drained.
If you lack motivation, control your desires and channel your energy into something greater.
Challenging your beliefs is uncomfortable, but it’s the key to growth.
Every outdated idea you let go of makes room for something better.
The faster you adopt truth over comfort, the faster you evolve.
Be willing to change your mind—and change your life in the process.
Hope this helps.
